We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Our brand-new community is located in Yorktown, Indiana minutes from Downtown Muncie and Ball State University. We’re off Kilgore Avenue close to I-69 and IN-3, so you can easily travel to Anderson, Muncie, and beyond!

Leasing & Application Process

All applicants must meet our screening criteria, which includes a credit check, background check, income verification, and rental history review.

We offer a variety of lease term options, ranging from a short-term 3 month lease all the way up to 15 months. Pricing may vary based on lease length and availability.
Tour Options

We offer in-person tours during office hours listed here.

Once in-person tours begin this summer, yes, we will offer walk-in tours. For now, the best way to book a tour is to contact our team here.

You must present a valid government ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) before our team begins a tour. Your ID will be held by our team during your tour and returned at the completion of your tour.

For Pet Owners

Yes! We’re a pet-friendly community and allow up to two (2) pets per apartment! We do have breed restrictions. Please contact us here with any questions.

No. Approved service animals and approved emotional support animals are not considered pets under applicable fair housing laws, so pet fees and pet rent do not apply once a reasonable accommodation request has been approved. If the disability or disability-related need is not readily apparent, we may request supporting documentation as permitted by applicable law.

We have an off-leash dog park and a pet spa at our Yorktown apartment community!
Moving In

On the day your lease begins, all leaseholders (ages 18+) must sign the lease agreement saved to your resident portal here. We cannot hand over keys until this step is complete. If you haven’t done so already, you must also submit your pro-rated rent and deposit, renter’s insurance documentation, and pet ESA paperwork.

We offer outdoor surface-level parking that's first-come, first-served. We also have a few guest parking spaces available.

Moving Out

If you need to break your lease for any reason, you can do so. However, you will be required to pay a fine of one month’s rent and will owe through 60 days, totaling 3 months’ rent. This is outlined in your lease agreement on your resident portal here.

When it’s time to move out, drop off your keys to the leasing office in an envelope with your apartment number listed. Make sure to pay your prorated rent online here or via a check or money order.

Rent is due by the 5th of each month. Payments made after the 5th of the month will begin to incur penalties, outlined in your lease agreement here.

To submit a maintenance request, visit the resident portal here. In case of emergency, please call 911. Our team will respond to non-emergency work orders during regular business hours.

Lease renewal notices are delivered 60 days before your lease end date. Renewals can be completed on the resident portal here or in person.
